Our story
From Manhattan leases to Dunwoody living rooms
Jeannie began her career in Manhattan real estate, working with Fortune 500 companies and Broadway productions, before returning to Atlanta and bringing her expertise back home. Since launching Posner Properties in 2021 she has combined decades of experience with a passion for community to serve buyers, sellers and investors across metro Atlanta.
1985–1989
Manhattan real estate. Clients included JC Penney, then the largest single renter of short-term leases, and The Really Useful Theatre Company, working with the casts of Andrew Lloyd Webber productions. Appointed head of the Short-Term Rental Division at J.I. Sopher at 23.
1989
Returned to Atlanta for graduate school in psychology and took a leave of absence from real estate.
2017–2023
Re-entered the industry at Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter, helping buyers, sellers and investors across metro Atlanta.
2018–2021
COO of JNS Real Estate Investment, a HomeVestors franchise, overseeing 150+ property transactions.
2021
Founded Posner Properties and joined eXp Realty, LLC, which provides national and international reach.
